Elizabeth Primeau 

What is ASHRAE? Elizabeth will discuss the history and development of ASHRAE. She will cover the current structure, vision, mission of the Society. She will also discuss the roles of the various volunteers at every level of ASHRAE.

Elizabeth Primeau is a Professional Engineer working as an outside salesperson with Total HVAC in Ottawa. Elizabeth studied mechanical engineering at the University of Ottawa and graduated in 2018. Elizabeth has held many roles with ASHRAE, including Student Activities Chair, CTTC Chair, Membership Promotion Chair, TC9.01 Webmaster and now, Regional Vice Chair for Student Activities for Region II. Her passion for ASHRAE started when she was Student Branch President and has developed through years of chapter and regional involvement. Elizabeth is working with Student Activities to encourage young kids to get involved in STEM and post-high students to consider HVAC as a career.
